Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, evaluation, performance monitoring, and contract management. The role involves sourcing and onboarding vendors related to facilities management, events, entertainment production, and support services.
Responsibilities also include negotiating commercial terms, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. The candidate will monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards while ensuring adherence to health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with operational schedules, events, and facility needs.
